A question that we are asked a lot is, "what should I fix before I list my home, if anything at all?" The answer will be different for each individual home, but there is an overall guideline that you can follow.
We strongly advise to our clients to address issues before they you list your home, because they will more than likely show up on a home inspection. There are 4 reasons why you should do this...
1. It will reduce the days on market
2. Increase profitability
3. Prevent settlement delays or termination of contract
